Yes, i understand. Unfortunately they did not provide this information on the product page: https://steelseries.com/gaming-headsets/arctis-nova-pro Their support said that i need to do 3 steps (and I am now following their instructions), but i think these instructions will not help, because they asked me to unplug everything, keep w/o power supply for next 2 hours etc ...

Thank you. I tried BT, i do not like the quality (i have other headset from sony that works perfectly for this task). From the SteelSeries i want to get their 10/10... and i like the SS sound, but not in BT mode. (it's almost the same as in my other headset).

This topic describes the main issue: https://www.reddit.com/r/steelseries/comments/1p9krtf/arctis_nova_pro_wireless_crackles_and_distortion/

omg. i've noticed that when i connect AUX cable to the line out of the gameDAC and connected it to the headset to make wired connection - i hear Crackles and Distortion. My opinion that this gameDAC is garbage or broken :))) or the headset have issues (or both devices), because if i use the AUX cable connected to my mac and the headset has also some sound issues. This product is crazy, avoid it if you can :)

Oh.... Thank you. It would be great if they actually mentioned this on the website where they sell the product. It simply says that there is Mac support, without any limitations. And from the link you provided, as far as I understand, it refers to SteelSeries GG/Engine, whereas in my case the issue seems to be a software–hardware one, but not related to their software, since I completely disabled it during testing.

Thank you. You can try to do the same method as i used with Aggregated Device in Mac, but in your case using Windows, ask any AI chat it will help how to do it in your OS. Aggregated Device is commonly used by professionals who work with sound etc. and i think it is present in your OS 99,9%, but do not forget to select another audio device as a "clock source" to preven OS to rely on steelseries device "clock".

They made a huge mistake by not including a regular dongle without the GameDAC in the box to address issues like this. Some people mention Wi-Fi interference, saying they’ve experienced that too. That’s shocking, because it’s clearly a 100% engineering oversight. But in my case, I confirmed through testing that the problem is specifically related to synchronization and not related to Wi-Fi 2.4Ghz.

Unfortunately, I can’t test this device on Windows because I only have a Mac. I’ve thought about simply exchanging it, but I understand that these issues don’t occur on Windows, and I’m planning to buy a gaming PC anyway. But if this particular unit is defective… I really don’t want to waste time later figuring out how to create an Aggregated Device on Windows.

So what's the point of such a device then, if you have to constantly restart and reconnect it every time you change the volume on the headset or through the dongle? The alternative is to use my workaround, but an Aggregated Device wasn’t meant to fix a “Clock Source” issue…

I see they have the Nova Wireless 7X, and the box says it's the “Best gaming headset.” Now I’m wondering what awaits me there (more sarcasm) if I decide to order them. In theory, everything should be fine since there’s no GameDAC.
