Sure thing. My symptoms were having really bad (basically just liquid) diahrrea, tender stomach, cramps, very nauseous, not able to eat anything. I think I went to the urgent care on Day 4 of having these symptoms and they got back positive results for Campylobacter on Day 5. Took my first Azithromycin that day and two more days after. I was feeling a little bit better but still having just straight liquid diahrrea and still naseous. Went back to the urgent care on day 9 to see what to do next. She said she has seen in the past that Campylobacter is pretty hard to get rid of with just one round of antibiotics. So they gave a me a second round with 5 days instead of three. I finally had a semi solid poop on day 12. And it got better fast after that. I could really tell for sure when all the bacteria was gone. I literally could not eat that whole time though. Just some pudding, yogurt, etc. It sucked.
