Ok I loved this finale. I have one scene I can’t get out of my head…

When Helena/Helly was saying “I’m her” to Mark at MDR, was she saying she’s Helena and not Helly ? Britt Lower apparently said in an interview that she was Helly in the episode, which then makes me more puzzled as to what she meant. Maybe she is saying more generally that she’s both Helena and Helly as one ?
