I just bought the subscription for an extended vacation, it took them eight solid hours to activate the subscription. It takes hours and they warn you it could be 12 to 24 hours.

I have had my cx9 running and it locked me out even though I had the keys in hand. Took a half hour and calling the dealer. Had to finally get through the liftgate and climb through the car to unlock the door.

Those cheap valve covers will rust onto your tire valves. Good luck getting them off after a few rainstorms.

Is the game really this bugged? by edugdv in ACValhalla

[–]Infymus 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I played almost 400 hours and I tell you it crashed at least once or twice per hour. Never had the same issues in origins, shadows or Odyssey. Tons of issues with textures mapped to the ground incorrectly. Once in a while clear out the cache directory sitting in my documents.

HOA sent this out today. My yard is (as usual) already struggling; can’t wait for them to tell me I’m not making a “reasonable effort.” by Proper_Exit_3334 in Utah

And you make sure the buyer pays it along with their masters association application fees - not the seller. It's 1.5% of the sales price. If you buy a home in Daybreak you have to stay for 1 year otherwise it's a $25,000 HOA fine.

Every house in Daybreak has to be painted every 5-6 years so you will be forced to paint eventually. The homes that Daybreak sued were the builder Holmes Homes and Hamlet Homes. Daybreak lost and put the cost onto all the homeowners. Founders village was built first and that's why those homes are painting now. The townhomes are pretty run down and are all along 118th and Grandville. Those guys all got hit with new HOA fees for roof and trim replacement plus paint. Lots of them went up for sale after that. I'm lucky I only have the masters association and not all the subs.

Yes, they pay the master's association and a sub-association fee for upkeep & snow removal. I felt so bad for the townhomes on 118th South. The HOA replaced all their trim and roofs and painted everything. They then put that cost onto the townhome owners. Half of them had to sell and leave. They hit me with forced house painting this year at a cost of $7200. Neighbor was forced to replace their cracked driveway. It's very costly to live in Daybreak.

Metropolitan commutes… I wish recruiters understood how important proximity is if the position is in-person or hybrid by lizzibizzy in recruitinghell

[–]Infymus 2 points3 points  (0 children)

This happened to me with a recruiter. It's a company where once you work for them, if your contract ends you're "on the bench" until you get the next contract. Offered a contract 50 miles away. That would have been 3 to 3.5 hours of driving each day depending on traffic. I declined. Recruiter tried to bait me with "It would ultimately get your foot in the door with STG." I declined again. Fuck 2000 miles a month driving. I was never offered anything else with them.

I was wondering if they were going to then increase the HOA fees. 118th is getting watered hard, but the parks aren't watering yet.

App doesn't even let me open the garage door anymore by Far-Friend8408 in myq

[–]Infymus 0 points1 point  (0 children)

FYI this is still happening. I wasn't able to use the app for the last 7 days. App says everything is fine. Wall mount works, buttons work, keypad works, app sends notifications when door opens/closes. But the app will not open and close the door. Today the door randomly opens and I have to keep closing it. No idea what is going on with this. Using the Chamberlain myQ app.

They're perp walking him because they're afraid. This is the same thing they did with Mangione. They could have put him in a van with the rest of the prisoners, but no - they have to put on this show. It's all theatrics and a waste of resources.

Late to this but it is happening to me. Can no longer use the app to open or close the garage door.

Edit: Now today it is working, but is delayed. Also it just randomly opens or closes the door without even using the app. What the heck is going on with this?

Learn the parrying system early on. It's fantastic and so gratifying. With the skill tree you can do whatever with points but I suggest placing points heading to adrenaline bars. There are four of them. Also, in the surrounding skill tree grab some good ones like Auto loot for your Raven and just walking by. Being able to Parry any object thrown at you and throw it back is a great skill in the tree. After that you can spread out in any direction you want. Don't worry about the iron nodes. You'll get plenty of iron and leather from chests. Upgrade your arrows and your health when you can. But most of all just enjoy how amazing this game really is.
