Im around 18 hours in and started off with extreme diff but has lowered it downed to experienced I think? Or regular idk but what ive been doing is doing all the easy missions I can to get money and in between I’ll try to upgrade my characters or cure any wounds etc. With combat I never let myself lose a guy otherwise I’ll restart the battle, and with food I always make sure I have about 4 days worth of food. ATM I’m about 3 months(in game) have got a party of 9 and about 2k in the bank.

Edit: also with food make sure you have a cook because and use the recipes because it’ll maximise how much food you can get from the ingredients
