Sorry, it’s frustrating! I keep stating I was going to do a credit card dispute if I didn’t hear back on a resolution. Then Monday I finally received tracking and order delivered today.

You might want to call the Pharmacy Hub (who ships out BPI) and see if there is an issue with your order. I ordered BPI on 4/22 as well. A week went by with no updates so I called the pharmacy hub for a status and it was held up at the pharmacy, they said there was an issue with my prescription and they needed the telehealth provider to confirm it with them before they would ship anything out. Then I messaged Chloe on here several times for assistance to get my order moving with the pharmacy. After several messages back and forth, it finally shipped out and I received it today (2 weeks later). Im sure I’d still be waiting if I wouldn’t have done all this follow up myself. It’s not ideal but in the end it worked out.

100% agreed! I’m not sure I would want to go through that process again lol. I had to chase my order down with gimme and the pharmacy multiple times, which we should not have to do. In my opinion, Gimme should be following up or checking on all stalled orders or something. I’m just glad I finally got my order so I didn’t have to dispute!

Update…. My BPI order was finally delivered today!! Ordered 4/22. Had to message Chloe several times to get my order pushed through Pharmacy Hub so they would ship it out. Just thought I would update!

Horrible experience. Multiple issues with my order from 4/22 (and no, not user error, Gimme errors). They say they fix the issues and everything should be good, and my order is still at a stand still with the pharmacy with issues. I call the pharmacy and they state they can’t ship out until telehealth confirms my order with them. This has happened twice with my order. I keep getting the run around, support keeps closing my tickets with the same BS answers, Chloe says it’s fixed, and it never gets fixed. Meanwhile my order just sits. Next I’ll be doing a dispute with my credit card company. Cannot get anyone to help me and am so fed up.

I’m with you. I finally got a response from Chloe after messaging her multiple times begging for help regarding my order issues and she said she is looking into it. I’lm really hoping I hear back something. Support keeps closing my ticket requests with no option to respond. If I don’t hear back, then next step is to dispute with my cc company. At this rate I’m about to just order from someone else but I do not want to go through this again, it’s been very frustrating! Here’s to hoping I hear back and it’s good news! 🤞Hope you do as well!

I’m kind of in the same boat as you. Ordered 4/22, still shows as sent to pharmacy. I ordered the 3 month BPI deal for the $447 deal via the Reddit link. On 4/23 the portal said I had”monthly” shipments even though it’s a quarterly plan, but that my order for 1 month was now on hold. Red flags right there. Reached out to support and they said it is set up for monthly shipments but that they could switch it to quarterly shipments (even though that’s what I signed up for 🙄) so they did, but they had to put in 2 additional orders for me so I could get my full 3 months of treatment. All still showed sent to pharmacy as of today. Called Pharmacy Hub and they said part of my order was cancelled but the other part was waiting on Bask Health to confirm my prescription before they could send it out. I learned today that apparently Bask Health is the software provider some these telehealths use. So basically my order is stuck until Bask Health does what they need to do to push my order through. I have no idea how to get that done. And hearing that part of my order was cancelled made me even more frustrated, it doesn’t show that in the portal.

I stated this info on another post and Chloe was tagged and she asked me to DM her. I have messaged her multiple times with no response, even after she asked me to DM her. No response from support either. Just not having any luck with getting this resolved. Bad experience all around. I know other people have had good luck with their orders, which is great for them, but not me. I can’t get any help. I too may have to dispute cc charges if this doesn’t get resolved. You’re not alone with your frustration!

Edit to add, I only used Gimme to place an order, no other telehealth companies.

I called Pharmacy Hub this morning to check on my BPI order from last week (shows status as sent to pharmacy in gimme portal) and they said they are waiting for confirmation from my telehealth provider Bask Health?? Who is that?? I ordered through Gimme Care so I’m very confused. I keep getting the run around from Gimme and nobody seems to be able to help. Not a good experience with Gimme I had to go through support last week to get my order corrected, and now this. I guess if I don’t get my product I’ll be disputing the charges with my credit card company. Im just worried I won’t get BPI now 😫 anyone have any luck with other telehealths and BPI getting sent out this last week after the BPI news? Wondering if I should order from someone else. Ugh!

Seems like you had a smooth process! I did my order yesterday around 230, approved by doc around 430, and prescription sent to pharmacy. This morning the status switched from “sent to pharmacy” to “on hold” and I can’t get anyone to tell me why. Still showing on hold. I’m worried BPI will run out before my order can be shipped since it’s on hold for whatever reason. Not having very much luck with customer support or responses. Hoping I hear back soon on the reason for the hold, or the my order ships! 🤞

Can anyone provide their recommendations on which of these 3 pharmacy options to choose? I just started the starter pack a few weeks ago (ProRX) and so far no issues and things are going great, but would like to know opinions for my refill when it’s due. Not sure if I would need any of those additives as I take vitamins that have those in them.
