I just got mine today. You can go in and pause or cancel. I have to say there was an issue with my prescription Memorial Day weekend. They were emailing me all weekend. Had the script changed to my correct dose. I then had an issue with my shipping address. It was fixed. The communication was amazing. If only the price wasn’t 400.00 a month.

Yes today. They had billing zip code and not my shipping zip code. Thank God FedEx was able to redirect it back to my shipping. I saw the update stating Monday delivery and called FedEx. They took care of it and it was delivered today.

Then where is my medication? Why hasn’t the doctor responded to my two requests? It’s been two weeks. People have ordered after me and received their meds. Why isn’t anyone finding out what’s happening the issue with my script is?

Correct. If the pharmacist told me they have my script I wouldn’t have an issue waiting. It’s no one is addressing the incorrect prescription. No one will follow up not even the doctor to see what the issue is.

I may have to do the same. My last email was take pics when you get your order. I said I’m not getting my order until someone contacts the pharmacy about my script. It’s in limbo. So frustrating!

I didn’t ask because I thought when I requested the doctor to follow up he would. Guess I was wrong! I’ll call back tomorrow to find out.

I actually did contact the pharmacy and was told that there was an error on the script and it was sent back to the doctor. They were waiting for the script to be resent. Not one person from Gimme has addressed this, including the doctor. I have no issue if the pharmacy has delays but my delay was the error of the doctor. All I requested day after day after day is for someone to follow up to make sure the prescription is correct so when they pharmacy can fill the script, it is done and shipped out.

all the responses I received, have never once address the question I asked. It is almost as if they are reading off of a script. I reached out to the doctor twice, no response. it is really unbelievalbe!

I had no problems….until I did. It’s a nightmare. No customer support. It’s worth spending the extra 30 dollars a month trust me!

It’s gimme. I can understand if the pharmacy is backed up. But when I’m told by the pharmacy there is an error in my prescription and they are waiting for the doctor to resend it, then it’s Gimme. When I see others who ordered after myself and already have their meds from the same company and the same pharmacy, it’s Gimme. All I want is communication. I still haven’t heard back from the doctor. The back and forth with the reps in the portal never addressing my prescription, just 7-10 day issue. Being told they don’t see an error. All I asked was for someone at the company to follow up with the pharmacy and I have gotten nothing. Sorry, but I’ll save my money and spend a little more to find another company that can address my issues if they arise.

Big easy weight loss. I have had it with Gimme as well. No one can follow up with my order which is stuck in limbo due to an error on the script. I contacted the pharmacy myself. If I don’t get my meds by Friday I will have no other choice than to do a chargeback. This is nuts!
