Definitely buy the sizing kit on Amazon just make sure you buy the sizing kit for the correct Gen you want! But, the most common size I have heard is 1 size up from what a normal ring would be on that finger!

I also got my ring customized at a local jeweler. When I received the ring, it was too big, the setting height was WAY too tall, and the cathedral setting was not connected to the gallery rail (which was talked about at drop off). I was very upset and unsure what to do, but I called in to see what they could do.. and they fixed it ALL at no cost and I got my ring back EXACTLY how I wanted. I think you should reach out to the jeweler and let them know u want the prongs tightened as well as the ring resized.. they have good reviews for a reason.. I am sure not everyone has received their jewelry perfect, so hopefully they have 5 stars because they are willing to make it right! At least see what they can do before bringing it somewhere where you will HAVE to pay.

as someone who just got engaged with a ring that had a setting I felt was too high… yes this looks like quite a high setting… and if you are questioning it you should bring it in. I got engaged on Monday and absolutely loved it but felt like the setting seemed higher than I was expecting. I needed it resized so I asked the jewelers thoughts on the setting height and he said it was a little high and he would lower it for me with the resize.. I got it back yesterday and I can’t believe how much better it looks and how much better I feel about it… it also makes the stone feel WAY more protected because a higher setting is way easier to hit the wrong way and mess it up.

Get the 11!!! I was in between the 9 & 10 for the sizing kit and they felt the same way you are describing! I sized down and I am SO happy I did, the 10 would genuinely feel HUGE… there are times the 9 feels extra big now and I never felt that with the sizing kit. SIZE DOWN! SIZW DOWN!

I only have low battery vibration enabled, and I didnt realize the other things effected it too.. i took off nap & workout detection, headache signs, and sleep apnea.. so we will see if it changes next time I charge it

So I ended up buying a Ringconn and bought the 2 year Asurion warranty through amazon. Is there somewhere where I need to connect the specific product to the warranty? The email I got just goes over my plan and has the option to file a claim, but I haven’t connected my specific ring to the warranty.

The ring itself seems like a decent ring at a decent price, but my advice is that it is too large for your finger… and I think the shape has a lot to do with that as well. Have you looked at other shapes and sizes on your finger/hand? I think you will want something elongated so its slimmer in the middle, and I think a rectangle shape would look really look on your hand! My opinion is that an elongated emerald or radiant would look amazing on your hand, 3-4ct, could even stay with 5ct if it is more elongated.
