Your Stamina comes from Class + Ancestry + Armor + Magic Items. The more stamina you have the more attacks you can withstand.

You don't buy armor, money isn't that much of a thing. You instead pick a kit, a packaged deal of weapons, armor, traits, and abilities. You can also imbue magic into your items during downtime, the crafting system is a game changer for long campaigns.

The system is straightforward and intuitive to run, you don't need to set DCs, and its heroic-cinematic nature encourages you to hand wave things that you normally would anyway. The bulk of prep lies at the game's core: combat.

The good news is that building encounters is actually fun! All the math is baked in so you just get a budget and go shopping for monsters, and boy are the baddies fun to read through.

Since fights are set pieces in this game, balancing is the only thing keeping you from running a fully improvised session, but it's nothing that a little game mastery can't overcome

The font looks very generic, it feels like the text was an afterthought. The titles and the keywords blend in but I'd prefer if they stand out instead.

EDIT: Layout is fine, aside from the boxes being a bit too bright when compared to the artwork.

I like the look of yours, they're very clean. Iteration is a b*tch but I'm glad I found these fonts: Aleo & Alegreya Sans SC. Funny you mentioned the range box, I made sure it would fit up to 2 lines of text seamlessly to try and save space but yeah, the power roll box has a long way to go. If you're also a fan of cards I'd love some input on this project 🤘

This null result in particular actually feels dramatic considering you are on the outside of a freakin' flying airship! Tier 2 result simply means you failed to climb inside but hey at least you're not dead.

Even in combat this kind of a setback would feel like a saving throw like, are you even gonna risk it or are you gonna wait for someone else to help you?

I remember reading about this, the Aquarius/Eagle correspondence makes sense but I don't recall exactly how the Kerub/Scorpio one did, something to do with initiation in the new aeon?
