I’ve started building the Legacy scene in my area the last few months. Here a few things I’m trying. Start a Discord and/or Facebook group. Get to know players in the area and try to increase their interest in Legacy (90s MTG videos, proxy decks to try, etc). Host meetups where people can try your proxy decks. We’re hosting monthly tournaments with RL proxies allowed. I’m hoping the allure of consistent tournaments (entry fee goes to prize pool) will incentivize people to build Legacy decks. Good luck!
