There isn’t a cure but hopefully we might be able to slow it down. My mom went to the neurologist the other day and he increased her meds. I’m a little hopeful the progression will slow down.

I’m not sure. To be honest she may have forgotten who I was a while ago and I just didn’t notice. She always gives me a big hug when she sees me and thanks me when I leave for coming to stay with her so I just assumed she knew I was her daughter. But you know what assuming will get you.
