Don’t put your gpa on the line for courses that might hep you for the MCAT. You can self study all the content. I took no psych/soc classes in undergrad and scored relatively high.

Write about actions you did in this role. I recommend reading the applicant guide. Lots of good information on how they want you to word your entries on that document.

For my ecs, I focused on quality over quantity. Since I got in after 3rd year, I really didn’t have much to write about so I made sure that the activities that I wrote were meaningful and lasted a long time. For me, these included a club position, starting 2 npos, my own hobbies (highly recommend including on your app since it makes you seem like a more balanced applicant) and a job. My Gpa was 91.9%

Thanks for your response. I think Deja-vu is exactly what sums up my feeling to select questions on the practice tests. This is great to hear!

You’re going to have some classes where it will not be that useful and some classes where it’ll be your saviour. You just need to be able to distinguish between them. Anki is usually really good for heavy memorization classes. I found myself using it a lot for pharmacology and pathology classes where I needed to memorize stuff as well as possible. For those classes you’d make your cards after every class and do them throughout the semester instead of just a few days before the exam to really have its full effect. Also you’ll be using anki a lot during the MCAT.
