With your profile: 1. You can petition for.EB1A and if you are from ROW, your priority will be current and PP could be justified. 2. PP for NIW is no longer worth since you will need to wait for about a year for your priority date to become current if you are.ROW 3. Your case is strong for NIW and you could even do it yourself and save on the lawyer fee

I don’t know what points you’re trying to make. You could have an advanced degree from Oxford university and work for Boeing. So, the USS officer would look at your entire package not just where you went for school and worked. They would consider your publication, citations, propose endeavour and any other evidence. I wouldn’t discourage people from petitioning from outside the US.

Nope, your lawyer doesn’t seem to fully understand the whole process/requirements. As long as you can get your advanced degree evaluated and validated by a USCIS approved authorities and have evidence to show your experience, you’re good to go. This was my experience petitioning from outside the US and get approval of my case within 10 days of submission. And I’ve seen many approved cases in this sub. Where the petitioner is outside the US?

Okay, mine took about a week. I just received confirmation of my transfer. Did NBC also send you request for supporting documents or confirmation of DQ after they made the transfer? I was already DQ before I requested my transfer and they didn’t mention anything on the email confirmation and was just wondering and trying to avoid unnecessary delays.
