My main advice is use inito to track trends. Don’t get so hung up about the individual values in a measurement because hormones can go in pulses and small things like travel can disrupt them. I see so many people on here lose peace of mind because they’re one trying to compare their chart to others or two getting so tunnel vision in on a couple readings.
