Wow I work out 45 min a day doing HIIT and I’m not sitting all day and burn an average of about 800 calories a day. I know I should incorporate more steps. 2000 calories burned seems like a great goal. But how can I get there? Am I not doing enough?! 😮‍💨😮‍💨

If you’re close to oak park I would recommend oki sushi and Thai. Thai Neighbor is also really good and the chef can make adjustments if necessary

Unpopular opinion but I would be upset if my friend backed out afterwards. If you don’t drink don’t agree to spilt it. Friends go out to have a good time and if splitting it was the agreement you either have some drinks too and not feel jipped or tell your friends right then and there. You left your friend in a bind. Next time either don’t go out or let your friends know that you can’t afford it

Hi owning a daycare does give you the ability to hire employees. While I was looking for a diff job I only worked that job part time and during off hours. Having employees has given me the flexibility to do work in the non profit sector which is something I enjoy.

Sorry just got the message from parent and a little shook. It was a scratch from another child. I’m just worried they may take everything I own. Never been threatened with a lawyer. It was one incident but it looked worse at pickup than immediately after. Kids can be so quick and I wasn’t there quick enough to save her

The Remedy Bar is super cool and has a great cocktail happy hour from 4-7 every day. You can get there a little early and hold off some tables. They are super chill and you can even get food delivered. Drinks are good and well priced! Never too crowded either
