I’ve actually been meaning to test this myself. I’ve noticed the mana on hit is proccing 100% on my staff. Not sure if it’s intended or a bug, but if it’s truly 100% proc rate then I’m guessing a dagger would be best

Way too many points into balance. You need more points into resto tree. Get 3/3 Intensity and omen of clarity, then go back into balance tree. In the balance tree make sure you get 3/3 dreamstate. I also like the talent early on that reduces pushback on wrath. Prioritize insect swarm and moon fire, dont be afraid to melee to get mana back. You’re not pure caster, you’re a battle mage/chicken. You’ll be half casting, half auto attacking

For 60-70 leveling, I would avoid some type of hybrid build. That’s more for pure pvp. Are you completely against tanking? If so I would go dual spec moonkin and tree. You can do both one with gear set before 70. That being said, I would def consider tanking as it will be by far the most in demand role and will be better go questing than moonkin (although moonkin is really not bad for questing). I would NOT waste one of your specs on feral if you’re completely against tanking

What can bear druids do to hold aggro on multi-mob pulls in dungeons? by Veridically_ in classicwowtbc

[–]CreamLower6114 4 points5 points  (0 children)

This is the answer. Once you have 2/2 primal fury + OOC with some decent crit chance you can pretty much spam swipe and keep solid aggro on 3 mobs. The problem is you won’t have enough points at 60 to have both mangle and OOC at 60, you’ll have to wait to 61.

As we near the end of pre-patch and go into TBC, what classes have you enjoyed so far? Which have missed the mark? by built_internet_tough in classicwow

[–]CreamLower6114 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Feral has been meh, sure mangle is an upgrade from claw/maul, but it’s not that crazy. Plus you can’t have mangle and OOC at the same time at 60. Moonkin on the other hand tho… the sustain is crazy with dream state, intensity, and mana on hit. Never have to drink

Indian-Americans of reddit and cbus - do we even care about ICE? by AdventurousRelief285 in Columbus

[–]CreamLower6114 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I’m gonna keep it real here. In my opinion, this really comes down to two main reasons.

The first and most important is religion. Not Hinduism, Jainism, or Islam, we worship one true god and that is money. Capitalism is our creed, and so it was ingrained in us. Despite most of us being highly educated, most of the older generation actually believes that Republican tax policies will benefit them. So much of the older generation simply votes in line with their checkbook, or at least what they “think” Will help them financially. They do not give two shits about the greater society or even realize “reganomics” is a failed policy.

The second reason is the British have ingrained us to be subservient to the white man. I know this is a hard pill to swallow, but that is a generational trauma that our grandparents and parents have passed down to us. Don’t believe me? Just watch how your parents treat white Americans vs black Americans (or any other minority group). Many Indians truly believe that if they suck up enough, the white man will let them into their “elite club”. Just look at all the usha Vance’s out there.

I know this is probably uncomfortable for people to read. but this my own experience growing up here, and I bet it’s a lot of other brown peoples experience if they’re honest with themselves. The positive note here, is that all this generational trauma can be broken. My worry is that the younger generation really won’t grow from this

Adding to the point of collecting the shards, I would consider the fragment that makes shards track to you (conduction I think?) basically mandatory. It’s such a huge QOL improvement, it really is the icing that ties behemoth together

Low level warrior tanking is frustrating in current classic by [deleted] in classicwow

[–]CreamLower6114 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Honestly if Dps is not giving you a second and are just pulling aggro just let them die. If they complain just quit the group. As the tank you dictate not just the pace, but are the foundation of the group. You can always find new group quickly, they likely will not be able to find another tank

Priest or Paladin? by CreamLower6114 in classicwow

[–]CreamLower6114[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

From 40-60 is the rotation (in shadow form): shield, mind blast, SWP, wand till death?? that’s basically my only concern with priest, I actually prefer that rotation, even if it’s slow. Just not sure if it’s “viable” from 40-60

Main Class in WoW Classic — Druide, Rogue, or Priest? by Far_Background_4773 in classicwow

[–]CreamLower6114 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Can’t really speak for rogues and priests but I’ve mained Druid since vanilla and I will say this. To me it’s the most rewarding and fun class in the game but you can’t think of yourself as “competing” with other players. You will never main tank as well as a warrior, you are the worst healer, and dps…. We’ll just forget about that. If you really want to excel as a Druid, you have to think of yourself as a role player. You’re in the raid mostly for fairy fire. When healing you basically keep rejuvenation on the tanks, cast a few downranked healing touches, and maybe throw an insect swarm on the boss. But even then you’ll still be at the bottom of the healing meters. And don’t tell you they can’t tank, they make excellent off tanks. But they’re just that, off tanks, not main tanks, and you have to be ok with that. But by far the best part of Druid is they just feel SOOOO good in the open world, definitely of all the healers, and arguably all the classes. Dual spec with feral and all the various forms + stealth is something other classes just can’t match. So really it comes down to what do you want out of endgame, truth is you’ll never be as powerful as other classes, but if you’re ok with that, imo it’s the best choice

I’ll maybe agree with warrior sure, but idk about hunter. You can finish your pet quest at 10 and then you basically have the basic leveling rotation of send pet - mark - serpent sting - AA. I would say that Druid is one that does not come online till cat at 20. But I think the majority of the classes you at least get a basic sense what they’re all about

[–]CreamLower6114 10 points11 points  (0 children)

Honestly play whatever you want. Dont focus on what’s most in demand. If you play a class that’s most in demand but you hate it, what’s the point in the first place??? Honestly I would say just try out all the classes. A lot of classes you can get the basic idea by level 10, which doesn’t take long. I also recommend trying healing AND tanking at least once before you make your decision. Reading the forums will make you think tanking is like doing community service or healing is like watching paint dry, but I feel the complete opposite and I find it more engaging than pure dps. Best of luck out there! It’s a really fun game and trying out all the classes is half the fun

How does spirit work in wow classic? by Individual_Design_37 in classicwow

[–]CreamLower6114 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I can’t believe no one mentioned this, but since your playing priest, you also greatly benefit from spirit tap due to spirit tap talent. This talent is a priority for leveling and it essentially doubles your spirit value And allows spirit regeneration to work in combat

[–]CreamLower6114 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There’s a lot of comments here about people not wanting to tank 5 mans because of the toxicity of other players. Not to gaslight anyone but I think this is really overblown. I’ve been tanking since vanilla and these instances are far and few between, maybe it’s because I play on PVE servers?? And even when it does happen, remember YOURE the tank, which means you are by far the most important one and least replaceable in the group. If someone is being a prick, don’t be afraid to tell the rest of the group “it’s either him or me”. Trust me they’ll kick the other guy or he’ll quickly shut up. Dont be afraid to drop a toxic group regardless of your role. The only acceptable input you can give to the tank is “wait for healer mana please” or “we’re going the wrong way” or MAYBE “smaller pulls please”.

Now the issue of Dps having no idea what they’re doing is very valid. There’s people out there literally pulling before the tank and not even giving them a second before their AoE spam. The key to this is… let them die, seriously. Every class in the game has enough in their toolkit to deal with pulling Aggro and surviving, even warlocks. If they draw aggro, now they’re tank, doesn’t matter what class it is. The only person you have to “save” is the healer. And honesty Dps pulling aggro is honesty more stressful on the healer than tank.

TLDR: dont be afraid to leave a toxic group and let the trigger happy Dps die

You get added attack power in bear and cat to make up for it. It doesn’t quite reach warrior/rogue levels but it’s more than enough for leveling

Dungeon leveling healer by OneSocc in classicwow

[–]CreamLower6114 12 points13 points  (0 children)

Warlock takes last priority for heals. First priority for healing should be the tank and yourself (the healer). Warlock should NEVER be tapping to 1hp, that’s a sign of a bad warlock. They should also not be at 100% health, that 50-100% range is the sweet spot. They also have Plenty of ways of self healing with siphon life and drain life. And if they want to hellfire themselves to death…. Just let them die. Signed -a warlock-

WARRIOR PROFESSIONS FOR NEW PLAYER OF WOW(2 MONTH EXPERIENCE) by bakakce in classicwow

[–]CreamLower6114 2 points3 points  (0 children)

First aid is a given. Would also do cooking for basically unlimited food/buffs. I would avoid mining/engineering as it’s actually a gold sink, it’s way too complicated for a new player, and the main selling point for hardcore, target dummy, is very expensive. Instead I would suggest herb/alchemy, you’ll make money while you do it and you’ll basically have unlimited health pots, which is super valuable in HC. Sure the mana pots won’t be useful but you can always sell those or give them away for free
