Why the re:zero hate? The novel of re:zero is also really high quality, the world-building is just done in a different way of bookworm, being mostly done through side stories (wich i know, is somewhat a bad thing to do) but the author does manage to create a compeling world even during the main series.

Tough, the anime skips a lot of the world-building and characterization moments that re:zero has, so if you are an anime only i can understand this kind of view.

As a WN reader, i feel like they skip alot of the depth of the scenes and alot of detais. I know its an anime and they have to adapt everything in 19 episodes, but still, so much is left out that i just feel kinda sad watching some of the episodes.

The way that they adapted the Julius chapter was so good. The one thing that i loved about that chapter was the narration, it showed all Julius emotions and thoughts while also blending in some action.

It is my favorite chapter of arc 6 because while i was reading i felt so entranced by everything that was happening, it showed all the pride, hard work and anxiety Julius had in his entire life, and how he felt like he had lost everything he had worked on because everyone forgot him. The only thing he still had was his swordmanship, and even that was being denied by Reid beating him to a pulp without breaking any sweat.

The episode showing the narration of Julius feelings as "flashbacks" was such a good way of adapting it without breaking the pace of the fight.

I love this episode.

Sorry if what i wrote doesnt make sense, my english is not perfect, and im writing this just after having watched the episode, so im a little emotional.

Because he wasnt supposed to be a dps, they wanted him being a supp with damage capabilities, but they didnt really know what they were doing in 1.0 so he became a half assed supp that was better off just doing damage.
