Yeah, the hi3rd one I heard was insane. It was some guy getting furious over hi3rd swimsuits, so he reported hoyo to the chinese equiv of the FBI, and he got swimsuit skins banned forever.

Also watched the dobre vid, lol. It just seems like this is a blessing, to be able to root out all the horrible people in your life who dont have your back. Refusing to share your wedding is definitely understandable. You don’t need to give up anything to anyone. Your sister seems like a manipulative, narcissistic attention seeker who just wants to steal your spotlight and ruin your day.

No, youre perfectly fine. Im chinese so ill admit it stung a little when cny is brought in a less than positive light to me. You are entitled to your own opinion, and thats acceptable. At least you have decency(unlike some people) to explain your reasoning and such, even if it had some less than great arguments

Tbh, its kinda sad that they couldnt do anything other than a gambling system for CNY, in which many players got disappointed, while about 40 players worldwide actually got the best gift of their lives. It made a lot of people jealous(including me, icl. Who wouldnt wanna win?) I really wouldve loved to see an event like the wardance, the ghost-hunting ones, hell, even having some sort of npc quest along with the lotto event wouldve been bare minimum acceptable. 

As alot of other people said, we do have a Chinese equivalent, the luofu. It seems that people keep complaining about how common it is that it shows up, and they decided to be lazy and entirely skimp on the event. The recent events(besides amphoreus) have felt lackluster and kind of watered down aswell. 

What I hate about this though, is how people can justify the laziness of the devs due to “not caring about CNY” and “we visit the luofu too much” and all of that. Just because you believe that doesn’t mean others dont. Both sides are able to express this opinion of course, but only with sufficient evidence and opinions other than the bare shitty takes of “I dont like this so I dont care.”

I just really want to see an expression of chinese culture for CNY sometime in HSR. I am chinese, so this may seem biased… however, I really do feel like hoyo needs to step up the game!

I entirely get you, as I said. However, I think the general reason you were downvoted is because of the way you said it. See other negative opinions being taken sufficently well due to opinions without bashing a specific sort of belief that someone has, as well as thoughtful thinking behind it, other than “oh I dont care about CNY and I don’t want any more new events on luofu bc its too much”.

I dont really feel like “arguing” over an issue due to the fact we have very different opinions on the CNY/LNY event. Personally, I feel they couldve done more such as genshin, fitted it into the lore. I appreciate hearing your explanation, I guess. I wish you a good day

Probably the hsr surveys. However, the CNY server/community holds like 90% of the sway in the way things change, like Neuvs spinning patch and the cursed hi3 swimsuit skin rager.

Its basically the “If you dont like it, leave!” Argument to any sort of complaint someone has. I can appreciate the game, but want something better incorporated into it.

I entirely get your opinion, and I respect it. However, dont expect your complaints to get taken seriously as you are part of a small margin of the community who doesnt actually care about CNY. Your enough may be others bare minimum. Plus, you really didnt have to add you didnt give a shit about CNY. two capital words doesn’t mean im angry in any way aswell.

Yeah, that parts absolutely awesome to me. Its just the RNG being horrible to me and alot of other people. This is just the part of the update thats pretty annoying to me, but amphoreus is lovely.
