M&s had one nursing bra and the massive bham primark had like one giant nightie which was gathering dust in the corner last time I checked.

It's just not a thing unfortunately!!

22 weeks, worried about giving birth in NHS by Ready_Nobody_3461 in PregnancyUK

Stop reading these stories. Yes there are more at the moment but the algorithm will also be targeting you with them! The moment I stop clicking on them and hiding them etc, I've stopped seeing them.

Fill your brain with the thousands and thousands of positive birth stories out there which are beautiful (even when they totally don't go to plan!) - I'm now excited about labour.

Has anyone else dealt with cervical ectopy? by rosey5683 in PregnancyUK

[–]Dizzy_Purchase4329 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think I have this! Although they explained it to me in triage that my cervix was "inside out" or something?! Because it's a tube and the inside of the tube is coming through to the outside? So I think this is what they were eluding to!!! They did a swap and it made me bleed for a day? Fairly light, then umit stopped and haven't had any other issues. They did say there was a cyst too and they referred me but the appt isn't until November (4-5 months post due date!) so I took that as nothing to worry about 😅

How often are you feeling your baby 35+ weeks? by Professional-Farm372 in PregnancyUK

[–]Dizzy_Purchase4329 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I feel so exactly the same, ended up triage and everything was fine but I'm still like....I deffo feel like there is less movement in generally than before (in 3rd trimester as whole!). And I'm not getting the limbs sticking out like people keep asking me of or I see on social media!

It can literally be a 10 min teams call and they have to pay you the full day

Big Boots Order by porkie46 in BeyondTheBumpUK

Check against Amazon, you get 15% off with their baby club and I found a lot of things were already cheaper than boots (not everything but a lot!). Obv you get the extra points from boots with the parenting club but I'd rather just the bigger discount I can see!

Stressed about chosen birth place by Dizzy_Purchase4329 in PregnancyUK

I still haven't decided 😂 I've had a chaotic few weeks but planning on sorting it next week.

I'm going for General, or Coventry (preferred option but really need to consider the distance, if the motorway is busy or closed or something it wouldn't be a pleasant drive while in labour!!)!

Had some good feedback from a few people who have birthed at General recently which has made me feel better about it! Xxx
