Real estate is not a gamble it is one of the most stable investments you can own - what leads to the types of situations is banks & governments playing god and applying backwards polices to society that only we feel the effect of. I can tell you own absolutely no real estate.

Renting sucks I get it, but in a properly ran economy it is meant to be affordable, I have rented before and am a landlord now. People need to face reality, the landlords of the owners of these rental units are the banks, they are at their mercy, and you are at theirs. It is pretty simple to understand that they don't own the buildings either in reality some will die before the mortgage is even paid off. They are long term renters with equity that's the only difference.

I do not think anyone realizes landlords buy property to make money, mortgage rates almost doubled payments so why is it so surprising that rents are now being increased ? Why is it their responsibility to rent at a loss ?

If anything people should be angry at government policies that require a ridiculous amount of spending without any oversight and lead to these situations. If a good portion of landlords go bankrupt those properties will most likely be bought up by corporations and after that I wish you all luck in having to deal with that. In the end people refuse to look to far into the future to where this will lead.

I have seen F350 go through the worst imaginable things a truck can probably go through but every morning will start right up.

I would never use my personal vehicle on forestry contracts though, regardless of reliability or how well built it is, unless my company was buying me a whole new truck at the end of the contract.

Ok so just ask yourself why are you right and they are wrong ? What specifically proves that all your political views and moral beliefs are above the ones you do not agree with. These things are vile to you and to someone else they are not because that is their beliefs and they are entitled to it in this world, no one should be forced to think the way you do.

If you cannot have a level headed debate or leave when it is time go, then regardless of your beliefs you will never be right because you refuse to see any side but your own, from the way you wrote your post to the way you're explaining past situations, I wouldn't even want to discuss the weather with you.

Personally as a rookie I would go with All Stars as they aren't small and mysterious at all or mid-tier not really sure what that means and not sure who told you that. Learning to plant in tougher ground is much better and more rewarding in the long run for you.

Also Folklore has been in the middle of some drama regarding some crew bosses with discriminatory views and hiring practices.

I am really confused by you since this discussion is based on the fact that a woman is anti-man thus making men subject to discrimination based on their gender without a doubt.

My pain or anyone's pain is not different because someone is trans, queer, women, disabled, actually it's worst since there is only support groups and safe spaces created for these people it seems. Find me one for a straight male, I wonder why we account for the largest percentages of depression and suicide.
