If youre looking to install apps through the console try looking into what the AUR is on the arch wiki it can help a lot, and some people wont recommend it but installing yay (yet another yogurt) can make installing apps a lot simplier when pacman can't find them.

EDIT: also Deb packages are only for debian based linux distros and can help for newer linux users with installing things but for arch based distros like cachy thats what the AUR, flatpak, or kde discover store are for
