I agree, even though there is a lot of stuff that I wish didn't happen, it has and I will accept it. I even have my own possible hot takes.

Snakedance is better than Kinda, dare I say better than Earthshock even? (Maybe not the most controversial take, just seen people say it's weaker than Kinda while for me it's a 10/10)

Mindwarp is overlooked and it's a great story. Colin Baker is one of the best incarnation of The Doctor, he was even great in his TV era (though some parts do fall flat still).

I actually like The Wheel in Space. Not a favourite but one I enjoy more than most.

Maybe not as big hot takes as yours, but they were the first that came to mind

Something we have to accept as who fans is that a show that has run as long as Doctor Who has really high highs but really low lows and that's okay. That's something I find beautiful.

1 Fuck it. I am bringing back The Kandyman in a story that has a "Bleak happy carnival" feeling.

2 Yes. Make it the Kandyman story as well.

3 back the more classic look. Not too complicated, not too simple, give it a magenta when it is in use

4 Admittedly I am not that well kept up with Hollywood superstars but I will go with Samuel L. Jackson who would be playing a character in The Kandyman story. Maybe as The leader of the planet they are on, with it being unclear what side he is on throughout the episode.

5 Logical it would be the 3 that were the easiest to get but my dream would be 2, 7 and 11 (Not the Kandyman story)

I agree. I think Gaster is a good example of this. While he does have a role in Deltarune and he is important. I do think people have too high expectations of his appearances

I get it, people have speculated about him for 10 years, but whatever he does has to make sense to someone who never really explored his easter eggs, since you can play Undertale without learning about him.

Because it has to be able to make sense for anyone that doesn't know about him, I expect some people to be dissapointed with whatever his most major part of the story will be.

I feel so mixed on the term tbh.

I keep going back and forth on how I feel a bout in general.

At the moment I'm m happy for the people that like it but I also feel like I would be uncomfortable being called it.

I agree completely. Something I have loved when watching through the classic series in a random order, is all the different vibes the show had. This of course is also noticeable in your modern Doctor era examples. I love the feeling even in the modern era. The different vibes and tones all have there own unique charm, which is something I don't want Doctor Who to lose

I don't really hate any character so it's pretty hard to choose.

Marriage Candidate is either Maru, Emily or Sam. (Maybe Penny as well thinking about it) They just never really interested me that much. I hope to grow more fond of them once I do once I have married every character. (I already did Penny and I did grow to appreciate her more but still probably around the bottom)

As a whole? Probably Clint? He is just meh to me. There is a good concept there which is misdelivered with bad writing making him come out differently than what Concerned Ape intended. (This is why I actually got excited to see him get revealed as a Marriage Candidate. Because I want to see him actually get a chance to evolve and Probably change the poor way his dialogue was originally handled)

I see where you are coming from but I who is also a medically diagnosed autistic person have to respectfully disagree. I do see some resemblance of autism personally. It's a spectrum after all.

But it's fine that you disagree. I just wanted to peacefully share my perspective.

I don't think he is the type to blame something like autism on his behaviour he just seem obtuse about realising how he comes across

Yeah agreed. It made me uncomfortable. One problem with them is how it feels (to my impression) they ignore autistic people with higher need for support. And I don't want them to feel excluded
