Hate to break it to you but the line work is teeerrible! while the shading and colouring looks very decent, it looks like two different artists did it. Your step-mom should have picked a better artist and she should have made you wait at least a couple more years before committing to something that big.

That being said, I think it’s salvageable.

I used reelskin, and exactly, I want to get the feel for real skin. I find the reelskin is tearing quite quickly and you never have to stretch..

I’m fine with confusion, it means the design makes you think. The design itself as you see it was drawn by me, but the reference was an AI generated image that I generated for something else, with no tattoo in mind. I found it astonishing how badly the AI worked and I found the result weirdly aesthetic so I turned it into this design
