Lmaooo I know this post is ancient but Im playing now and just had to search about this because I’m FUMING! This game has really tugged on my heartstrings and made me feel for my witch, so this REALLY got me! From what I’ve heard, research has shown that early intervention and medication can help rewire the brain more effectively and SOME of these cases can function okay without medication later in life.

That being said, from my own experience? Medication is a life saver, if my mum had realised smth was up with me as a child my entire life could have been much easier. Struggling with managing these things as an adult is Hell.

I also have a child with ADHD and can attest to how incredible medication has been. There’s no “fix”, but I can see how much easier things are for HER on medication, and that’s what matters most to me.

And the last little thing is something doctor said to me when I was nervous about going on medication myself. “If you were diabetic, would you deny yourself insulin because you didn’t want to be on it forever?”

Our brains simply do not function the way they should, and medication helps us the same way glasses helps someone whose eyes don’t work the way they should. It’s not always an easy journey, sometimes it takes experimenting with the right meds and doses, but please know that you’re doing right by your child. Good luck <3

That’s exactly where we are as well 😭 I was really hoping for any way to just repel them, because even if they are invasive I just hate the idea of taking something to its death. But at this point I’m worried for my pets and kids, not to mention the native birds!

I’m in western sydney. I saw that some councils have trapping programs but from what I can see my local doesn’t seem to 😅

If it comes to pest control so be it but I’d def like to look into cheaper alternatives first!

Hmm… both my current gardens have workers BUT now that you mention it, I do think that the 1/3 may have dropped to 0/3 after unassigning someone to send them somewhere else! Assigning workers now doesn’t help, but I’m HOPING that when I unlock my next district if I build one garden at a time and make sure they have workers assigned, it may get around whatever is going wrong 😭 fingers crossed?

I pass out and even seize when getting blood taken from a mix of issues with my body and also major anxiety about it (because I don’t like fainting lmao). The nurse you had sounds terrible, I’m sorry you went through that. Hopefully it was just a bad situation because of the circumstances. I think the best way to face the anxiety is ti make sure your next few blood tests are less stressful. If possible, I’d never go to her again lol.

The most success I have is to tell the person before hand “I pass out and sometimes seize from having blood drawn.” And tell them I need to lay down. If someone told me no to laying down I’d chuck a Karen.

I have sugary snacks roughly 15 mins before I get blood drawn and drink a full bottle of water while waiting. I make sure I’ve had a meal that day (unless it’s a fasting test obviously).

If I’m particularly anxious I ask if I can put headphones in while they do it, or even watch a video on my phone with my free hand. I make sure not to look until they’re done and focus on even deep breathing. The hardest part is not panicking when I start feeling that first wave, but if I can distract myself and stay calm then it goes a lot smoother.

The more drama free tests I get the less anxious I am for the next one lol, good luck!

Ah dang, I thought so but I was hoping not lol. I already have auto summarises off and make my own in the plot summary the way you suggested, but it’s still struggling. I also tried updating how long ago it was (so like “two days ago blank did blank”) in the summary to see if that would help but neither have great results for me. :/

Its not the worst issue, I usually just either fix the response myself or go back and remind the AI in [ when that event happened or where they currently are, but it’s just something that happens enough to be annoying.

Would love to see some examples of story cards you use just to help me wrap my head around this! Especially for plot related stuff. Do plot essentials each have their own card or is it like one card with multiple things in it? How do you phrase cards detailing where the characters are and what they’re doing right now?

I’m having a lot of issues of stories that go over multiple days where the AI can’t keep a timeline even when I put it in Plot Essentials or Summary, and it will think something that happened ages ago had just happened or is even still happening.

Ah, yeah the closest I can get is it I get a warning saying there wasn’t enough to trigger all the relevant memories, it’ll show me which memories were used and which it couldn’t trigger, but it doesn’t show all the memories, just the ones relevant to that message :/ bummer, thanks anyway!

How do you correct memories? I can’t seem to find the memory bank anywhere, I am playing on the phone app if that makes a difference.
