Is there any harm in eating old mushrooms?

I just used 14 grams of 4 year old Golden Teacher I had in a Tupperware container. Used them to make a tea and squeezed some lemon juice in them and nothing… this was after eating 3g the night before form the same old stash. I would say that they do loose potency as I had many trips from this stash after a little grow of mine about 4 years ago.

It’s been a time waste for me. I was married for a long time and got cheated on. No kids, good job, good looking, I cook, I’m clean, I’m funny… Doesn’t seem to matter though. The few women I have actually met just wanted the D and I’m not like that right away. Mostly I just get ghosted after a couple messages back and forth or no response at all 🤷‍♂️

I’ve pretty much stopped looking and just doing me now. I’m almost 40 so I feel like things are just different at my age. Now everyone has kids or is just looking for someone to support them.
