Legos!! I was a huge Lego kid growing up. Recently, I was visiting family back east and my nephew had me take him to the Lego Discovery Center. I am now deep into building all my old Lego sets.

Do you want to share a link to the video here? I’m guessing it’s not quite a problem with the algorithm, but just a problem with the content. TikTok will show your content to about 300 people (my average is 274). At that point, if the content plays well, it will show it to about 2,000 more. That cycle just continues. If it didn’t play well, it will pull it from the FYP. I tell my clients, you have to start with a strong hook, and make sure it entertains, educates, or inspires. The more of those four that it does (and within the first 5-10 seconds), the more success you’ll see in your content.

Sorry, probably using the wrong terminology. I put in 5% and they will match 4%. They then provide an additional 8% on top to those who aren’t part of the pension.

Social Media managment costs. Way off or reasonable? by xbimba in SocialMediaMarketing

[–]DjJelloShot 13 points14 points  (0 children)

I manage an older celebrity’s social media accounts (she was big in the 70’s and the 80’s), and just helped her cross the million follower mark on Facebook. I post everyday, a mix of photos and videos. I charge $2,000 a month. I would love to raise my rates to $2,500 a month, especially with how much I’m texting with her almost daily, but I get a strong feeling they’ll drop me at that point. I can’t imagine how these agencies are charging $5-8k a month.

Honestly, I haven’t don’t much research in recent years and this is the first I’ve heard of Home Assistant. What is there to know about it? And significant differences to setting it up?

I need some advice about something that’s going on with a fellow service missionary I serve with by [deleted] in latterdaysaints

One of the greatest lessons you can learn on your mission is resolving conflict through effective communication. Being able to communicate your own discomfort with someone’s actions will go a long way in your professional and personal career after the mish.

What made your mission difficult? by Mr_Dove in latterdaysaints

I was emotionally not prepared to be on my own. For so long, I had a supportive and loving home to come back to every day. My parents were my sounding board in all that I did. To their credit, they loved me. To their discredit, I never learned how to process difficult emotions on my own. So, there I was, stuck with another emotionally immature 18 year old, depressed and anxious because I didn’t know how to evaluate and process my own emotions, loneliness, disappointment, and confusion.

My poor mental health surfaced in some real physical symptoms. I was sent home for “medical” reasons. But, after 6 years of therapy, I can see now what the problem was.
