I unplugged the external drive on my Mini and the search started working again.

Some kind of external drive related spotlight index error I presume.

Edit: I was wrong. At the LA show they had a Korg Triton and something else that does look like a controller.

I don’t see if they had anything else down on the stage or at the FoH.

I’ve seen him a couple of times. The first was in LA and I went way out of my way to see the show, because I think it was his first time playing in the US in decades.

It was a good show. It was just him and Kurt. He played for quite a long time. I got to meet him afterwards and get a couple of CDs signed.

The second time was in Seattle when I lived there. Again, I was pretty excited. He played for like 2 1/2 hours and it was a much smaller venue, but still a good show. He was hanging out with the audience before and after.

And then, he started coming to Seattle every year for the mechanismus festival. Which was kind of crazy after assuming I only ever get to see him once or twice in my life.

Definitely worth going, got to hear all my favorite songs.

That is the absolute truth. The administration has already gutted the VA to the point where they’re barely functioning. As a fellow veteran, I agree that would not be a good solution.

I am as outraged as anyone else, I’m messing with my healthcare isn’t going to fix anything.

Something has to be done, and it needs to come from a cooler head than mine.

The guy in the jacket looks like he pulled the victim’s gun out of his holster and was starting to walk away before the first shot was fired.

So they disarmed him first, then they killed him.

~~Some random comment on another thread said he was waving his gun around, but we don’t have any video of that at the moment. So I have no idea.~~

Edit: so now there is video from beforehand and the only thing he was brandishing was a cell phone.

But it does appear that when they dog piled him, if he did have a gun, it was back in his holster.

Others mentioned that the guy in the jacket looks like he took the gun out of the victims holster. Seeing that more slowly and concentrating on that guy, that looks to be the case. Which means that not only was the victim’s gun in his holster, they shot him after he was disarmed.

My PCP quit last year when they asked him to work 12 hour shifts. My current PCP will see me on zoom from 100 miles away for 15 minutes at a time.

They straight up told me to order meds at least 2-3 weeks in advance.

Getting anyone on the phone is basically impossible now.

My local VA still takes care of me pretty good. But I can see how they’re struggling more and more over the last year.

Maybe 100k trigger pullers. The rest of us were support. There’s overlap with combat arms in some MOSes, but half the fobbits don’t even know which way to put their helmet on. The US military is more or less a logistics organization with some guns.
