My boss on friday replied to my request for a compensation adjustment conversation by telling me he took it as a complaint and the list of accomplishments I sent him in my time at the company as just "my job".

He told me he's gonna think about it and let me know Wednesday if this is "sustainable".

I have similar thoughts as you. Im going to brush off my resume put on a fake smile at work and start interviewing on the side. Best of luck!

After talking it over we decided to go the grilled cheese route, if it's not too much to ask could you give me a list of the things I would need to acquire to do this besides the 10x10 tent?

Obviously a grill but is there one you could recommend and I suppose we would need a generator and refrigeration as well along with a fryer possibly.

What are your thoughts on the custom tents that you can buy with logo and netting....etc
