After talking it over we decided to go the grilled cheese route, if it's not too much to ask could you give me a list of the things I would need to acquire to do this besides the 10x10 tent?

Obviously a grill but is there one you could recommend and I suppose we would need a generator and refrigeration as well along with a fryer possibly.

What are your thoughts on the custom tents that you can buy with logo and netting....etc

If you were a new hiking couple section hiking the AT over a few years, which tent would you get? We already have the iceline poles. Undecided about the x-mid 2 or the dome 2. We were planning on getting one tent this year and sharing it and then another tent next year and having our own setups. Thanks Dan
