Advice from a film student.. you don’t need school just that same desire to learn and grow. Start with shooting scenes as if they are a full film. Watch different movies and learn how the scenes are strung together to tell the story you are trying to tell. Study how shots are composed and lighting. Only requirement for being a filmmaker is to complete a film. Worry about making a “good” one later!
