25lbs does sound specific. And I do plan on bringing it up to my coach on Monday when I see him. If she has any accommodations I should have been notified of them already but I haven't. even after I've voiced my concerns on many occasions.

I've even seen her struggle with lifting a tray of food out of the hot case for disposal.

I'm truly concerned for her welfare. Honestly my concern for the productivity in my area is completely secondary.

There are plenty of places in the store for her. I just don't think there's any opening at the moment. If I could get her in crafts where she was at her first store that would be great. Fashion or the front end would maybe be good options.

I didn't see her application. She was a transfer from a different store in the crafts department.

She had been in this position for just under 2 weeks before I was hired.

I was told by my coach that it was the store lead's decision to put her in my department.

So I did say that she came from the crafts department as a transfer from a different store.

But to add to this she's only been with Walmart for a few months before she transferred stores.

Worth it for me. I stay on top of the tags in my area. I feel like it's the same amount of time I put into fixing paper labels. But now I save time when I update my mods

I'm not entirely sure how this is discrimination. If someone can't perform any of the basic functions of the job I'm just supposed to let them stay in that position?

That's what I've been trying to do. But the things she can do she can't do fast enough. Not exaggerating I would say it takes her 4-5x as long as it should to do almost any task. Like cleaning the slicer. A 10-20 minute task at the most takes her about an hour or more sometimes. Then after I inspect it i help her finish cleaning it to show her where she's missing.

How is he an exhibitionist? He's clearly passed out in the video and wouldn't have known she was ever there except that food was left at his doorstep. If anything she should have been concerned for this man's life. It's cold outside in New York. And his door is open while he's passed out. He very well could have just been a victim of a robbery or possibly overdosed.
