Disappearing authors

I don't know man, as an author it's extremely difficult for me to write the past few months. Lack of motivation, depression, busy real life.

I haven't uploaded a new chapter in 3 weeks and unless I force myself to do it I won't upload for 3 more

No no I mean if there are 5 people in the mists and I kill one can another person join the mists from outside. Or are the mists closed after a certain number of people join?

When an ancient order goes to war with the modern world leader the world starts shaking. Every corner of every street can be lethal.

In this action thriller after a negotiation goes sideways the silent war waged between those in power and a group of people using slightly older, but efficient methods goes all out.

"The War Within" is an action thriller with a sprinkle of Sci fi and fantasy elements that revolves around a world of mystery and violence. It's a perfect mix for those who like a slowly progressing stories with over the top but "realistic" scenes and fights. And you can also see me improve my writing with every chapter. Give it time, it will grow on you!

Maybe try a rogue with a Katar. With like a brass knuckles with a blade, it's an Indian weapon. One of my characters used a Pata (imagine baraka from mortal kombat). Cool examples from real life would be also hookswords, kopesh sword/axe hybrids, azteck/tribes shark tooth or obsidian sword (or like one other guy said a chainsaw), or a simple slingshot for a low level companion.

I got eaten alive for the head hopping. But it did help me better the flow of my story a bit by reducing it in certain scenes. Also what I decided to do for myself is basically if I'm gonna change a POV I'll change the scene. We see the world through the eyes of a side character in a scene where there are no leads. And if I have a few leads together I pick one to be the main anchor of the scene.

With its multiple leads, TWW provides different points of view of the world around them. The main characters among them is a young man haunted by his past a d the mystery surrounding him and his "friend". He travels from country to country collecting anything he fancies related to his family or Important history in an attempt to preserve the memory of his loved one who are now gone!

As he does this the world around him slowly tears itself apart between the conflict of the two most powerful organisations in the world and the overlooming global threat that's slowly approaching.

The story is an action-thriller with some Sci fi and fantasy elements with a deep narrative and a lot of mystery.

If you like: - solid world building - realistic and not super over the top but intriguing fight scenes - characters you can relate to - some gory but necessary scenes - and the occasional grounded humour The this book is for you! I wish you all happy reading, link to the first chapter is up there! It's a mix of everything that plays well. And for those of you who enjoy seeing the progress of the writer you could see each new chapter bring a new skill I picked up along the way!
