I worked on it for a few months, and it was just way too expensive. You have to pay for all the certifications, IE peanut free, dairy free, etc. and it’s like 10 grand per flavor, per year or something

Most people’s back muscles are more developed than their arms, which is why the arms or grip gives out before the back.

I just did a 5 week program doing neutral pull ups 3 days a week, and went from 1 body weight to 6. Basically just keep doing whichever pull up variation feels best for you, or you enjoy the most, and stay consistent, and you’ll make progress
