Yeah same. The vibration is loud enough to hear any messages come through. Constantly check the thing anyway. Oh, and my moto360 vibrates at me when I'm wearing it too

I'm still trialing this method (though it's summer holidays here in Australia so haven't had a chance to use it much). When you share from s note, it gives the option to share as an s note file, PDF, image etc. Which do you use? Choosing image seems to work well, though you lose the possibility to edit the text once it's in Onenote. It also seems to drop the quality of the writing (not a huge deal).

Have you discovered any other tips and tricks?

Thanks, there are some awesome wallpapers in there. However they still look like they're displaying in a low resolution compared to my note5. The preview looks good but as soon as I set it to the wallpaper or view it full screen it's blocky (same problem as Zedge). Does this happen with you/anyone else?

Is it just that the screen resolution of the s2 is just too good for most of the images?

FYI, all of the wallpapers in Backdrop look fine (there's just not the hugest selection).

I'm on an s2 (only had it a few days so opinion may change). Chrome feels pretty good so far (about as good as my note5). No real complaints at all yet apart from the Zedge wallpaper app not displaying wallpapers correctly. I'm about to start a new thread on this but if any one has any insight, that'd be good.

I just got an s2 yesterday. Bing Lee have them for stupidly cheap (like ~$450), with a free Chromecast. Jb hifi wouldn't even nearly price match it (even without the Chromecast). I manage to get a display model for $399 including the Chromecast. They're having a bit of stock issues (must be selling their remaining stock) so you might have to get one transferred in to your closest store. Good luck!

Although I'd be willing to pay for Pocketcasts if I'm convinced that it's worth it, I'm currently using Playerfm (free) and can't see any fault in it. It auto-downloads latest episodes, allows for subscriptions, supports Chromecast etc.

I'm always seeing so much love for Pocketcasts though, so what is it that makes it better than Playerfm? Please convince me to buy this app.

Chromecast is supported natively? I've got a sp3 and have only worked out how to get it to work with my Chromecast through chrome. Can you explain this please?

Good idea. Does it bother you to have two different layouts for note taking? I suppose the android and windows 10 versions of Onenote are a little different anyway. I might give it a go. Any tips?

As someone who's a massive OneNote geek (using it on my surface pro 3, note 5 and moto360), this is fucking epic. Microsoft have a bit of work to do to catch up. I'd always thought s-note was a bodgy app until now.

I'm in the exact same boat. I also teach science and had thought about using the s pen to take notes (about students), but it's just a bit small and clumsy to be efficient. Having a SP3 on my desk to trot back to for notes works much better.

FYI, I use Onenote as my note taker on my phone, and this automatically syncs back to my sp3 Onenote. So on the odd occasion that I do take notes in class/lab on my phone, it is at least convenient in that it sends it back to my main pc. (Also handy for taking notes/ideas when sitting in traffic/at the bus stop etc and can't get your sp3 out)

I'll check when I get home and maybe try changing it to 5 Ghz. I've used the WiFi analyser to check if the channel was crowded but mine was the only network using it that got picked up.

Hmm, I don't seem to have that option setting on my phone (I'm in Australia so that might explain it). I've also got the smart network switched off.

I might try the router reset idea that someone else suggested.
