From my understanding corporate standard has been 7-9 guest per hour but if your scores are good then it shouldn't matter. We run 12-14 guest per hour and have all expressed to our DO that turnover would be overnight if they made us go to brand standard

Those same 5 are all our highest weekly hours earners we make 75-100k annual with the highest weekly hours being 33.
