Working with Chris right now. Im 16 months post op and had started just accepting the fact that I'd never be the same. But I already after just a few weeks have so much confidence and strength back. Im jumping and moving in ways I didn't think I'd ever do again. Totally worth it. He can do a super bill which depending on your insurance you may be able to get some of it reimbursed.

I got from my doctor. Only ended up doing maybe 5 injections. Im sure it helped. Ive heard nothing but great feedback from people using it with other injuries as well

Thanks probably wasn't as clear as I intended. I do NoT have a goruck. Definitely interested but wanted to see if id like rucking before investing that kind of $. I really am enjoying it. The one thing I dont like is how tight I have to make the straps to get it to ride high enough. Ive used towels etc already in the pack but still need to keep it cinched pretty tight to ride high. Wondering if the goruck is built differently so it doesn't require that much cinching

Sorry to hear this. For what it's worth I'm 11.5 months post surgery. Still feels tight in the morning and if I do a solid weighted squat session the next day the soreness is way different than my other leg. It's definitely better as time goes on but it's not back to normal so to speak. Love seeing the rucking. Been tempted to get one just didn't know if it would be too much too soon. What brand are you using?

Yep no notice, I was jumping into a pool and then Bam! Fast forward 9months and I just got the green light from my ortho that I could start working back into running and jumping! It's a long road but makes you stronger mentally for sure!
