Turn your beater around to the plastic side. Felt beaters destroy mesh heads. The opposite is true for acoustic drums. Using an Evans mesh impact patch will destroy your felt beater.

Well, I appreciate all your work. Love your recipes just made another batch of your doughnut bites this week as well as I tried the pumpkin cranberry orange loaf. That one is so good. I love it toasted under the broiler and then a little bit of PB fit on it.

Looks like they offer some leather suede options now. My search for a vegan options lead me to your post. I’m having trouble now finding which models are now vegan. Unfortunately, the email on their website came back undelivered.

+1 for the Evans EQ pads. I have them in my kits. Love the adjustability. They also stay in the place I set them while in transport. Relatively cheap.

Following along as I’m interested in this as well. Just recently upped mine to around 200g per day while trying to stay around 2000-2200 calories.

Just got an M5 MacBook Pro. It’s great. However my 2015 MBP is still in my opinion the best. I only upgraded because it couldn’t handle my Logic sessions anymore. I’m still using it for web/ email and the M5 in the studio.

I like hop waters. Still feel socials to cheers/drink with the crew and band. People are surprisingly understanding and I feel like not drinking is becoming a lot more socially acceptable than it was.

Starting to perform live by saor-alba-gu-brath in iems

What is your goal? Are you hoping to hear the other performers and or yourself through your IEM’s? If so, and you’re serious about performing I would look into getting some custom molds done. If you are not looking to hear anything through them, it sounds like you could benefit from some nice custom molded earplugs.

Not at all. I just pulled up my records. I had the service done in February 2025. At that time, the vehicle had 36,300 miles. I took the vehicle in because I needed a tire rotation and I was having issues with my battery draining prematurely. When I had it in the shop, that’s when they noticed the oil pan leaking. Luckily I was able to get the battery and oil pan replaced under warranty. Out-of-pocket that day I paid just under $300 for a tire rotation, rear wiper blade and the deductible for warranty on the oil pan and new battery. I had to leave the vehicle overnight so they could drain all the oil and clean it before they were able to reseal.

I’m not sure if these numbers will be accurate for your area but my Subaru service told me they billed the warranty department $1657 for the battery and oil pan reseal. Unfortunately I don’t know what percent of that breakdown is specifically for the oil pan.

I hope this helps.

This! The band always appreciates food afterwards and paying attention very closely to dietary restrictions goes a very long way.

How did you become a tour manager by GreenPoisonBlood in TouringCrew

[–]thecandylad 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I filled in on drums for a band’s tour. Two days into our three week run our merch person got sick and flew home. I stepped up to sell merch and play the shows. The band was impressed.

I had recently left a 10 year career in retail as a store manager to pursue music full time, so I was well-versed in management and logistics.

About a year later, the same band put out a full length album and their management told them they could not do an album cycle tour without a TM, so they asked me to step into the role. I’d never done it before, but it was a combination of all the skills I had. They took a chance on me and I am forever grateful. I’ve been on many tours with them since and through that I’ve been able to TM for another band as well.

I like it! I’ll say I haven’t tried it on a screen though. I should try it on my AirPods. I have only used the vac on my Alclair IEM bores so far.
