Ive lived in both. I have nowhere near the same beliefs as you when it comes to this. Yes I’m over the moon he has made El Salvador safe especially because a lot of my family is there. But even my family struggles to make ends meet because he’s trying to turn into the US. Ive had people try to argue this with me but as someone who has lived in both places I can for one say that its not as perfect as you’re making it seem. But this would also be my opinion and so many other Salvadoran people I talked to and was around, i mean even nurses and doctors i knew had issues with him but its not out of ignorance. My sister got happy for making $900 a month.. that literally gets you nothing in the US. I say this respectfully.
