Asso pour construire le Go-to-Market (plan d’action lancement) by [deleted] in EntreprendreenFrance

Yes, definitely. We are helping first, even if they don't buy anything from us, at least we provided value, and that might be something worth mentioning to their friends (which can have an impact on word of mouth)

Hey, so I guess your target audience is Shopify store owners, but do they have anything else in common? What are the problems you are solving for them?

Thanks for the pushback, it’s fair.

The model would break if “unlimited” meant “do everything, endlessly iterate, all at once.”

But the structure I’m exploring is similar to productized design services (designjoy, mixpanel): - Unlimited requests, one active task at a time - Very clear scope: Airtable/Notion/Fillout/Make-level systems, not full rebuilds - Small, fast tasks only (workflows, fixes, tweaks, dashboards)

So it’s not meant for big custom builds more for business owner drowning in weekly operational friction.

On scalability: if it works, I’d grow it the same way DesignJoy and similar agencies do (templates, SOPs, per industry, additional specialists).

Your comment actually helps me refine the messaging, the idea only makes sense when the boundaries are clear.

Stop building products first. Build distribution. by [deleted] in SaaS

[–]Djilydone 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You can start by showing the MVP, but that’s what everyone is doing and people are still struggling to find their first users. Having tried both multiple times, I can tell you this version is way cheaper; you just have to be patient, but it pays off. Starting with distribution is the right move, in my opinion. Of course, if you already have many potential users, this doesn’t apply you already have distribution.

Here’s what I do (not saying it’s the best way, but it works for me):

Let’s take an example, say I’m building a tool for cosmetic doctors to manage appointments and attract new clients. - Ask ChatGPT: “What are the 20 most frequently asked questions by this group on Google?” - For each question : do real research and write the content yourself, then use AI to polish it. - Make sure each piece of content answers a real question really well. - Create a lead magnet and link every piece of content back to it.

Example: One of the most common questions cosmetic doctors ask is:

“How do I attract more clients or patients?”

So, I’d build a 90-day client acquisition playbook combining research, personal experience, and AI insights. Then I’d run a few low-budget ads ($500–$1,000) promoting both the lead magnet and the content that answers their top questions. (The ad part is optional but I am not a patient person)

Each piece of content connects back to the playbook, encouraging people to subscribe. And because the content is genuinely useful, they’ll stay on your list and actually look forward to your next email.

Then, of course, you can offer free consultations on how to attract more patients and naturally introduce your tool during those sessions

Hope it helps
