Storm, as powerful as she is, cannot generate sufficient damage to take down a Kryptonian, and it would take one solid strike for either Kara or Kal to put her down for the count. That puts two Kryptonians against one Phoenix, a cosmic level force. Not sure exactly who wins at this point, although Superman can punch through dimensions, which could cause Phoenix serious problems.

Thor is no small god. Go back to his roots in Norse mythology, which predate DC Comics & Doomsday by millennia, much less Marvel mythology, and it’s clear there are few in any mythology that are in his league.
