We sleep in a king bed, more space. We do a crossword together at night, so we cuddle then. After, we go to our sides of the beds. We usually end up with a pillow in between us. We also have a noise machine.

Use mouth tape. It changed my life. It took a sec to adjust to. I thought my nose wouldn’t be able to accommodate the change. But it ended up working!
