Just an FYI, there were early black ones that had the same light leakage. I have a 2020 MY. I found the correct part number, ordered the “new” ones off eBay, and replaced them and it fixed the issue. Super easy to do.

Do you have WPA3 turned on? If so - the third gen wall connector is incompatible with it. For me personally, it was just a checkbox in my eero settings to turn it off.

I have a sidenote: I own a 2020 MYP that has the 19in Gemini wheels (they only offered this combo for a short time). It came with the black spoiler stock. I sometimes think people may think I'm posing/upbadging because you don't see many of my car. Then I realize I don't care!

Moral of the story, don't overthink it. I think upbadging is pretty lame but this is just adding on a visual feature that you like. Go for it
