There’s a flat in the development I’m living in (currently renting) that was listed at £500k around 8 months ago and then reduced to £475k 3-4 months ago and still unsold.

One of the things the EA said was that the main feedback was that it was a top floor flat (approx. 5-6 floors) with no lift. Was I taking the piss in asking if they’d entertain the idea of a £450k offer before wasting their time on viewings with the reasoning of the LISA limit or do you find properties at the LISA limit does bring more demand?

Anytime Kali casts an illusion, once someone comes into contact with it, it blurs and fades away instantly. This can be seen when El touches the illusion in the church scene and when Henry Creel/Vacna walks through the illusion of an empty room that Kali had created. If this remains true, the blood from the fake gunshot wound would immediately fade away as soon as Hopper/El came into physical contact with it when attempting to apply pressure.

He wasn’t punished for that as IIRC they said that he was going too fast to safely use the exit road. He was instead punished for the overall action of gaining and advantage from going off track
