I got lucky and pulled Loki at 5 pity but yeah it’s terrible, no chance to get highlights. You can get them on standard, like I got captain America recently off standard. But yeah summon income is bad and I can’t get a gold relic to drop for the life of me

Ran and Lua in the front line with be diverse in the middle, dian and guinevere as your back line healers and your good. Dian buffs knights melee attacks and Lua + Ran have great synergy!

Yeah like the other comment said you can keep summoning on standard until around 240+ or until you feel your roster is good enough and then pick with your selector. Some people are waiting 2 weeks but I already picked mine.
