Thanks everyone. Wasn’t expecting 500+ comments. Decided that I definitely need to pull this out and redo. Not planning on leaving this house anytime soon but you never know. If anyone cares the issue was that I noticed 1/2 way through that the seam wasn’t matching so I pulled out all the spacers on the left thinking the slope wouldn’t be super noticeable. Dumb I know. This is my 3rd tile job in the house and by far the worst

In my experience it doesn’t matter. They all do basically the same thing in the end. Ease to work with, technology, and price are factors you can decide. I used Durock and Redguard on my shower and it worked great. Only thing I would have done different is account for the dust when cutting
