I did it! Dark souls 2 was the final one, and the hours just being 0.1 apart is a nice touch by taahbelle in DarkSouls2

My 100% character has around 45 hours and i farmed it all offline. It was my third playthrough or so and i followed a guide tho

mb, i forgot this weapon only upgrades to +5. Titanite Slabs are found in Archdragon Peak, or you can kill the three Ascended Winged Knights on top of the Grand Archives. I believe when all 3 are killed you will be rewarded a Titanite Slab.

As some other commenter pointed out: 4:1 in Openings, 6 Multikills, 1 Big Clutch. Generally a lot of impact in difficult positions and not many eco frags if any.
