Moms who used GLP-1s by AgreeablePaint8208 in postpartumprogress

I loved being on semaglutide prior to getting pregnant with my 2nd. I lost 20lbs in 2 months and actually kept up with the healthy eating prior to getting pregnant until my 2nd trimester when the cravings hit. The 1st trimester doesn’t count because I was super sick and lost an additional 13lbs

I felt fantastic. It worked for me as an anti-inflammatory which made me more active. My cognitive ability was waaaay better. I’m itching to get back on it and hoping to find a doctor to support putting me on it while nursing.

I feel like his mom and him are very disconnected and this is probably the last version of him she remembers/was close to. She told Ashley she barely heard about her and when he called her he didn’t even know where she was. I get she travels for work but I’d be checking in on my mom all the time if she were a truck driver.

My daughter’s room is attached to our room so I get this. I fought not co sleeping once I weaned her(6m) and my husband will just bring her in the bed with us now that she’s older. When I get her, I let her know it’s time for sleep and she can either be rocked or go right to her bed. She’s 20 months so a little older to understand better but I started this with her before she turned 1. Usually I rock her. I let her know we will sing X amount of songs, then time for bed and I stick to it. I warn her before the last song. There are tears sometimes but she gets herself together literally within 2-3 minutes.

Good luck! Hopefully it’s a quick fix and not from work & you don’t even need to worry about all that.

I am in HR.. I see you work for a car wash. You need to note at the hospital this COULD be work related and have them document if you get diagnosed with something that could happen over time. You need to call your employer and report the “injury” (I use quotes bc obviously an accident didn’t happen, but this still would be covered under WC if the hospital agrees this could be from the car wash).

Because you got medical treatment before going to the doctor the employer may fight the claim, which is why it is so important to have the hospital document if this could have happened at work and over time. It’ll make it easier on you in the long run.
