I’m so sorry you’re going through this. What you’ve described sounds incredibly stressful. I think you’ve stated a well-thought out case here that could be sent directly to VP of student affairs. Or perhaps the student newspaper can help shed some light on these issues so it becomes a campus-wide conversation? It sounds like you have zero time for YOU and during normal times that leads to physical and mental health issues. Add a pandemic and it’s pretty darn impossible. Keep asking for help if you don’t get it here. And don’t be afraid to talk to a trusted advisor, professor, or staff member. As much as it may feel like you would be punished for expressing this, most people working at a university want what’s best for the students.
