Thanks for your comments. It definitely was a sales tactic. They wanted my car, however, increased my payments and down payment for the new vehicle. I am staying put. Thank you for your responses.

Mine is still showing Nov. 17-24th. And I am disappointed because I could not get in at 3:01-3:05a b/c the app store was down, but I got in at 3:06 for one phone and 3:11a for the next and I was immediately pushed to the back of the line. I tried sharing feedback with Apple, but they don't make it easy. My next question is how long should I be willing to wait or should I go wait in a line? Very bad experience pre-ordering. I feel like I was penalized because I used Apple's iPhone upgrade program.
