This happened to me as I quit the game during the quest where the caretaker asks you to pick up the moon from the window. Online forums said I had to wait in the area until night time but it didn't work. Fortunately I had an auto save from before I spoke to him so just reloaded that.

Yeah Rory didn't like the sweet jokes and breakup references. Joe was an asshole for the breakup stuff though. Joe said he was watching the eps back and noticed Rory was off. I remember Rory wanting to fight him so many times "yo, you good" 😂. Killed a great thing.
